Refund will be made, if the claim is found to be valid. Refund will be given only when result is unsatisfactory as per the Diagnostic standards. If any doubt about Lab test result, a request can be raised to Olab Health and the test will be repeated without any charges. The refund amount will be transferred to customer bank account through NEFT within 10 (Ten) working days from the date of request. No refund will be given if the claim is not received within 7 (seven) working days of the payment made.


Disputes:
All disputes between Olab Health and customer is in Jurisdiction of Hyderabad, India. The same shall referred for Arbitration (i.e. Arbitration and conciliation Act 1996 as amended). The sole arbitrator shall be appointed mutually by both the parties. The decision and the award of the arbitrator shall be final conclusive and binding on the parties here to. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be in english and the place and the seat of arbitration shall be in hyderabad, India. For any information please contact olabsindia@gmail.com
